Money Bookers

Friday, September 12, 2008 · 0 comments

Its the third online money transfer website that I am reviewing, money bookers is relatively new when you compare it to paypal, but moneybookers already making headway into the european market.

here are their features

Sign Up : Free
Send Fee : 1%(INR 32 OR USD .70)
Receive money : FREE OF CHARGE.
Upload money : instant credit card and money bank transfer,
SMS : you can request for an SMS report of transaction

Moneybookers to me is the best online payment processing service, I have all the features That I needed plus it is scam free and that is because of the wonderful verification process they have for their accounts

once you sign up you need to verify your address , and verification address is done in a quick and easy way all you do is click verify and they will send a verification code to your address you then type the verification and your account gets verified as simple as that.

once you get your account verified you have unlimited transactions, this is the best method of verification that I have come accross and is likely to prevent scammers creating account, this is the best feature I had noticed with them. Now that I had reviewed each of these top online payment processor I will let you know how to use them

TRANSACTION LIMITS of unverified account

Your outgoing transaction limit 64344.00 INR / in any 90 day period
Your credit/debit card deposit limit 0.00 INR / in any 60 day period
Your per transaction limit 64344.00 INR

So its alertpay today, alertpay is a privately owned company founded in 2004.

It is very similar to paypal in terms of use. So if you sign up with them for an account this is what you will get

Physical/Company Location: Canada

Uses/Allows Currencies: USD, Euro, CAD

Account SignUp Cost: FREE

Account SignUp Time: Instant

Fee Schedual (for sellers): From 2.5% + US$0.25 to 3.9% + US$0.59 per transaction

Account Types Offered: Personal, Premium & Secured

Integration Options Offered: Shopping Cart, IPN, Mass Payments, Invoicing Tools, and more

Payment Types Possible: Credit Cards, Western Union, Check, Money Order, E-Gold, E-Bullion, Int-Gold

Withdrawal Types Possible: Check & Bank Wire

But I found using alertpay very difficult there are not many online stores or people who are using alertpay at the moment even though the transaction fee is lesser than paypal but things may change in the future.

As far as I know a lot of people are worried about reversal of payments yes!! They can do it, once you got paid for a job that you just finished and received the payments. Now by all means the transaction must be over and done with but some alertpay users said that alertpay reversed some transactions which were months old now that’s a worrying point!! All said every company will have some hickups along the way I hope alertpay looks into this issue and resolves it quickly. Apart from incidents like these I don’t see why alertpay shouldn’t be used more and more!!Afterall everyone is looking out for an paypal alternative, I looking at alertpay as an serious contender !!

okay where to start??

This is a very good question, that most of the beginnners have if not all. Okay the goal is to earn some money from the internet. Lets say we achieved our goal that is to earn something from internet, but now the problem is how the can I transfer the money??Well you can use a wire transfer directly to your bank account but that does happen always!! why not??
first reason why it happens very rarely is

1.wire transfer thought they are quick take a big bite into the amount transfered so you end up losing a lot out of your hard earned money

2. your employer must be comfortable enough in doing a wire transfer

3. most often than not you will be earning around $20 or $30 for the work you do!! why have all that trouble to transfer a small amount??

Okay so what else can we do?

we can do what most of the online shoppers do get a account in online money transfer sites!! yes there are very good and secure sites that offer you free to sign up accounts to transfer money. I will give you comprehensive reviews of these sites but of course I will list them in the decreasing order of most used programs

1. Paypal
2. Alertpay
3. Moneybookers

though there are many others these are the three most used online money transfer accounts now!! I will update seperate reviews on each of these. Thank you for reading
